A WOLLONGONG radio announcer has accused Lara Bingle of owing him $236 after he allegedly copped a parking fine for her. Marty Haynes, co-host on i98FM breakfast with Bianca Dye, says he was the victim of mistaken identity when he received a parking fine that he believes was meant to go to Bingle last October.
