Ex-BBC DJ admits child sex offences

Disgraced Radio 1 DJ Chris Denning (pictured) has pleaded guilty to 21 historical child sex offences as part of a police investigation into  a youth disco.

Pakistan bans contraceptive advertisements on radio & TV

Pakistan has banned airing advertisements of contraceptives on radio and after complaints that such "undesired" commercials make children inquisitive about the use of the family planning products.

Texas radio station employee killed - man confesses to random act of violence

The San Antonio County Sheriff's Office were called to check out a death at The Ranch, 92.3 KRNH, a country music radio station.

What a lark! BBC to broadcast birdsong

Radio 3 is to broadcast a track of birdsong every Sunday morning as it launches a “slow radio” bid to help the nation get back to nature.
