The FCC has given RICHARD and SHARON BURNS, each 10% partners in several stations owned by ALASKA BROADCAST COMMUNICATIONS a declaratory ruling allowing over 25% foreign ownership of their FRONTIER MEDIA, LLC, which paves the way for their buyout of the shares of JASON PASCHAL and ELMER ROY PASCHAL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST. The BURNSES are Australian citizens but are long-term JUNEAU residents and, with the creation of FRONTIER MEDIA, would not directly own the stations.
