Salary: $51k – $53k p.a plus superannuation

In this role, you’ll:
- Onboard and support new volunteers
- Coordinate training and development pathways
- Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer culture
- Manage volunteer engagement and communications
- Help shape the future of community radio
What You Bring:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in volunteer or community engagement
- A passion for radio, podcasting, or digital media (bonus!)
