People and Culture Manager Part-Time Hope Media is Sydney’s leading Christian media organisation. We are the parent company of Hope 103.2 on FM, Inspire Digital on DAB+ and Hope Online. Because of significant ministry growth and our partnership with Brisbane’s Christian radio station 96five, Hope Media is seeking to appoint a senior HR professional, who will provide the essential 'hands-on' HR leadership across all aspects of the operations. This position will be part-time, minimum of 25 hours a week with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate. Our new People and Culture Manager will be ready to focus on:  the development and implementation of an organisation-wide HR plan;  ensuring continuous improvement in staff recruitment and induction processes;  processing employee contracts and maintaining an HRIS;  the creation and management of ongoing training plans;  driving cultural enhancement and employee engagement;  connecting HR initiatives to ministry goals;  support the organisation through positive structural and cultural changes;  working collaboratively with the management team to provide coaching and advice on employee relations matters; and  ensuring compliance with legislation and relevant regulatory bodies, including the tightening of HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will possess:  a willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of Hope Media;  relevant tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent;  significant experience in senior or similar HR roles;  the ability to establish strong relationships with all levels within the organisation;  exceptional leadership and project management skills;  a working knowledge of all relevant legislation and practices;  excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills;  proven accuracy and attention to detail;  demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, along with an enthusiasm to learn new systems; and  a willingness to travel.
