We are creating a brand-new position for a Creative Content Producer to join our network Drive Show – ‘Will & Woody’ to help create must listen radio. If you have a proven track record of creating and producing innovative radio ideas and have the passion and skills to bring them to life then this maybe the breath of fresh air you need. Key Responsibilities include: • Take the lead in working with the Executive Producer and Talent on the delivery and strategic planning of Story Arcs, Stunts and day to day Topical & Personal content • Storyboard and Troubleshoot ways to maximise all on air content to achieve radio that gets talked about and shared • Look for innovative and creative angles for breaks and then manage the implementation with the team. • Identify daily content that can be developed into creative stand out unmissable radio • Work with talent to help amplify content ideas to the next level • Understand and be able to meticulously plan content roll out. • Know how to ‘show target’ and tap into the hot buttons for the audience with your creative flair • Watch relevant TV shows, be across Social Media Hot topics, read relevant newspapers / magazines for the audience and provide content ideas The successful candidate will have; • Experience in producing radio shows but have the hunger to venture into the ‘content unknown’ • The drive and passion to do what it takes • Have the ability to ask ‘what else’ to aid content amplification and ‘add on’ • A list of ideas they have always wanted to do • The hunger to develop creative, engaging content relevant to the audience • A personality that will shine with the team culture • The desire and passion to win Benefits & Culture People enjoy working at ARN because we are a fun and fast paced place to work, embracing our values of Energy, Authenticity, Creativity and Action.
