ABC Classic FM and ABC Radio National have cause
for celebration, with both stations honoured at three
separate major award ceremonies recently.

The stations scooped two of the available eight awards at the
Third Coast International Audio Festival with the documentary

world’s richest radio documentary prizes, recently called the
“Sundance of Radio”. The final positions will be announced
in Chicago on Saturday, November 2nd.

on Radio National’s “Radio-Eye” on Saturday, November 2nd at 2pm and “If”
will be re-broadcast on ABC Classic FM’s “The Listening Room” on Monday,
November 4th at 9pm.

“Affairs of the Mind” by Kyla Brettle follows
a private detective through the process of a marital investigation.
On “If” by Sherre DeLys and John Jacobs, we hear young patient,
Andrew Salter, as he reinvents his experience of being in hospital
through metaphor and allusion.
