Nine Radio continues to undergo changes to staff with Paul Christenson the latest to leave the business.
Paul had been Alan Jones producer for three decades, and more recently was steering Jim Wilson’s introduction to talk radio on 2GB.
Nine has moved the responsibility for the sound, content and commercial activity of Wide World of Sports in Sydney and Brisbane to the Executive Producer of 2GB Drive, and following a redeployment of staff, Paul leaves the network.
Two of Australia’s favourite broadcasters are returning to radio with Murray Wilton and Murray Olds (aka The Two Murrays) set to deliver five hours of news, sport, entertainment, lifestyle and plenty of frivolity over summer weekends on 2GB and 4BC.
Their new show launches this Saturday, October 31, and continues on weekends right through until the start of the NRL season in March 2021.
The Two Murrays will go to air Saturday and Sundays 2pm–7pm on 2GB and 1pm-6pm on 4BC.
Luke Davis is moving into the newly created role of Content Manager – Sydney for Nine Radio.
Since joining 2GB as a member of Alan Jones’ breakfast team, Luke has served in a variety of leadership positions including Executive Producer of the Continuous Call Team and Executive Assistant to the Management team.
Nine has appointed Max Dudley to oversee its radio content offering in Brisbane in the role of 4BC Content Manager as the station continues to build its presence in the local market.
Dudley is a highly experienced radio professional who has spent almost 10 years with Southern Cross Austereo, most recently as Executive Producer of The Big Breakfast with Greg Marto Martin, Margaux Parker & Nick Cody.
