Smallzy’s Surgery broadcasts live from Germany

Nova’s Smallzy’s Surgery takes on the European Music Awards, broadcasting live from Düsseldorf, Germany to bring listeners all the latest from the MTV EMAs 2022.

Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small will cover all the action of the highly anticipated MTV Worldstage event, from the red carpet to the Awards and the goss behind the scenes, on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 November in the Surgery.

Rubbing shoulders with the world’s biggest names in music all night long, Smallzy will chat with the event’s hosts and performers including Rita Ora and Taika Waititi, David Guetta, One Republic, Lewis Capaldi, Bebe Rexha, Ava Max, Gorillaz, GAYLE, Muse and more.

Smallzy says, “It’s so exciting to be travelling again covering the world’s biggest music events. Any MTV awards show always brings together the biggest music stars to one location, so it’s a must to cover for Smallzy’s Surgery. Personally, I’ve always loved the EMAs as they take you to a different part of Europe. I can now tick Düsseldorf off my list!”

The MTV EMAs, hosted by Rita Ora and Taika Waititi, will take place in Düsseldorf at PSD Bank Dome, marking the annual global music celebration’s sixth time in Germany. Featuring performances from some of the biggest artists in the work, the EMAs will broadcast live on MTV in more than 170 countries.
