2CH is changing direction for its breakfast program with the current team not returning from their summer break.

Currently the 2CH website is blank for the breakfast show from 5.00am to 9.00am.

2CH GM, Cherie Romaro, confirmed to radioinfo that the team of Trevor Sinclair, Indira Naidoo and Dave Gibson will not be presenting Breakfast in 2020 at Classic Hits 2CH.

This team has presented Breakfast for almost two years while they have worked hard, their current ratings of 2.1% are well below the Station’s average

Cherie says that due to the economic climate currently across media a restructure of the Sydney Radio business is needed.

She says, “Our breakfast team was a large team for an AM music format, and we have made some changes. Trevor Sinclair will return in the new year in a different role as will Kayley Harris.

“Dave Gibson is going on stage with the wonderfully successful show Senior Moment’s, and Indira has many projects on the go she is very successful in her television career..

“We will announce our new on-air line-up including our new Breakfast Program in the new year.”
