ABC Radio Melbourne announces Ausmusic Month live shows

ABC Radio Melbourne has announced a series of live broadcasts to celebrate Ausmusic Month, presented by Richelle Hunt and Brian Nankervis of The Friday Revue.

Each Friday afternoon in November, an exceptional line-up of top Australian acts will take to the stage , including Yothu Yindi, Tim Rogers, Ben Salter, Emma Donovan & The PutBacks, The Teskey Brothers, Bob Evans, Mia Dyson, Russell Morris, Dave Arden, Women of Soul, Ruby Boots, Oh Pep, plus more soon to be announced.

The best part? All ABC Radio listeners and fans of Aussie live music are invited to attend.

In November for Ausmusic Month, The Friday Revue will broadcast from some very unique live music spaces, including MPavillion, the Caravan Club, ABC TV’s Studio 31 and a pop-up stage at the Queenscliff Music Festival.

In true Friday Revue fashion, each show will feature a special Australian music themed quiz.

Radio host, Australian music fan and all-round-good-guy Brian Nankervis said:

The Friday Revue is live each week from 1pm – 3pm on ABC Radio Melbourne and state-wide from 2pm. Ausmusic Month is celebrated across all ABC platforms during November.
