ARN and Warner Music support national breast cancer month

The Australian Radio Network has partnered with Warner Music to support National Breast Cancer Awareness month.

For the month of October, Warner Music will be donating $1 from every digital sale of albums by Birdy, Katie Melua and Rumer.

During the campaign month, ARN will be supporting this activity with a dedicated ‘Whats on’ promotional page on all Mix, Classic Hits and The Edge web sites nationally, and will also include MixFM Station pages for individual artists.

For the month of October, MixFM will place the following artist tracks on rotation – Birdy “Skinny Love”, Katie Melua “Better Than a Dream” and Rumer “Welcome Back”.

Artist Vignettes promoting the campaign will play before each of the tracks and MixFM will air a series of one hour specials on all featured artists.  Specials will include interviews with Sami Lukis.

The Katie Melua special will air on October 14, Rumer on October 21 and Birdy on October 27.

The campaign will also include weekend contesting with Warner album packs to give away, and will also feature on Mix106.5, 97.3FM and Mix101.1.
