Christchurch Radio Network Building finally falls

Home to NewstalkZB, The Radio Network Building suffered enough damage in the Christchurch earthquake of February 2011 to make it uninhabitable, but it took some 63 kilograms of explosives to finally bring it to the ground.

Completed in 1986, it took just eight seconds for the 14 storey building to implode, the demolition taking place at 8am on Sunday.
