Coles still leads DAB+ Advertisers: AirCheck

AirCheck Australia have compared the top advertisers on digital radio in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

During January, over 400,000 advertisements went to air for 448 different advertisers.

Coles dominated as the top brand, with 14,589 ads placed across 46 stations. Over two thirds of the instances were placed on Coles Radio stations in the five capital cities, while the rest were heard across SCA digital stations.

Digital Radio Plus was the second most played brand with 7,948 instances. Spots were placed on 41 of the 51 stations analysed.

PodcastOne was in third place with 7,323 instances across 39 stations. Meanwhile, the Hamish & Andy podcast was the only podcast to make the list in 13th place with 3,929 ads.

Regular FM/AM radio heavyweight Harvey Norman was in at No.9 with 4,836 spots, whereas National Tiles was in at No.4 with 7,307 ads.
