Daryl Somers takes lead in missing mango musical

Daryl Somers was revealed this morning as the celebrity chosen to bring home the finale of the 96five Breaky Show’s newly penned ‘Mango the Musical’.

The musical was inspired by the Bowen mango that went missing earlier this week. 

Belting out covers of tracks such as Disney’s Frozen ballad ‘Let it go’, Peter Allen’s ‘Rio’ and ‘Memory’ from the Cats musical, Somers finished his four minute performance saying, “A quick musical’s a good musical.”
