Hughesy played one of his strangest gigs yet in hit92.9’s first edition of Comedy Cabs.
 
Sitting in the back of a hit92.9 branded cab,Hughesy performed stand-up, or rather ‘sit-down,’ comedy to three passengers, Renee, Ari and Tasha.
 
The intimate gig, which took place in and around the streets of Subiaco, featured some gags from his Fringe Show, Dave Hughes The Snorkeler, as well as original material catered especially for his audience.
 
With Xavier Ellis, from Heidi, Xavier & Ryan, acting as cab driver, Hughesy’s audience of three laughed through shark material, Hip-E Club references and the difference between surfer and snorkeler boyfriends.
