Former Hot 91.1 Sunshine Coast Breakfast host Dave Matthews, has joined cross town rivals 91.9 SEA FM’s Elly and Becks drive show.
Matthews will fill in for Luke “Becks” Toohey next week with Becks being on leave.
Matthews accepted a redundancy recently from Hot 91.1.
SEA FM Content Director, Toohey confesses to being a fan of Dave on and off air and says he’s “thrilled” to get the opportunity to work with him.
“High quality, locally invested show hosts are incredibly valuable, Dave is certainly that, and I know Elly and the rest of the SEA FM team are excited to have him in the building.”
The Elly and Becks show with Dave airs Mon 24 – Wed 26 June 3pm to 6pm on 91.9 SEA FM
