As reported yesterday, Resonate Broadcasting terminated the deal to sell 3GG to Watermark Media.

Watermark Media owner Dan Bradley has confirmed that finalising the deal has been difficult

He has told radioinfo:
 

Whilst we are close to being able to finalise this transaction, there have clearly been delays.
 

Given that, we appreciate Resonate’s position, they have been extremely professional through this process.

We will be discussing next steps with them directly.
