You’ve got the perfect call on line, with a great balance of indignation and fury, and just as they let go with a couple of F Bombs, the sweat starts and the blood pressure rises as you wonder,

“Are we in delay…oh sh@t, f#ck, someone (wasn’t me) forgot to throw the switch.”
