Ed Sheeran crosses over with Chance The Rapper & PnB Rock: AirCheck Survey

It was a massive week for new music with 6 tracks entering the chart in the last 7 days.

Just three weeks after dropping the sensational hit ‘I Don’t Care’, Ed Sheeran debuted another collaboration in ‘Cross Me’  featuring Chance The Rapper and PnB Rock in what was the highest new entry in the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart, coming in at No.17.
 
The Nova network was the song’s lead supporter making up 41% of airplay.
 
Sheeran also managed to snag the top spot this week with ‘I Don’t Care’ leapfrogging The Jonas Brothers’ ‘Sucker’.

Aussie boy band 5 Seconds of Summer dropped ‘Easier’ which received 332 spins prompting a No.25 debut as 16 stations jumped on board including the Hit, KIIS and Nova networks with Nova969 Sydney out in front with 37 spins.

The third track to earn a place on the chart in its first week was Illy’s ‘Then What’. The Aussie rapper tied at No.39 with Martin Garrix’s ‘Summer Days’ featuring Macklemore and Patrick Stump.

Halsey was one of the biggest movers gaining 259 spins on ‘Nightmare’ to land at No.22. The pop anthem received early support from the Nova network, The Edge Sydney and Apple station Beats1.
