FOX is at the top – Survey 8 Cumes

Who’s got the numbers.

Looking at individual markets, the cumes for Survey 8 tell an interesting story for the final survey of 2018 with FOX FM‘s Fifi Fev & Byron (604,000) able to claim the crown as Australia’s #1 program overall, just in front of Kyle & Jackie 0 (575,000).

FOX FM in Melbourne is also the country’s leading station with over 1.1 million listeners, in front of Nova96.9 and Nova 100, both with over 1 million listeners.

MELBOURNE
Melbourne’s leading station is FOX FM (1,139,000), then Nova 100 (1,009,000) Gold 104.3(985,000) and smoothfm (920,000) with 3AW back in 6th(681,000).

Fifi Fev & Byron (FOX FM) still head the breakfast audience numbers, followed by Ross Stevenson & John Burns(3AW), then Chrissy, Sam & Browny (Nova).

Mike Perso & Jennifer Hansen (smoothfm), Jacinta Parsons & Sami Shah (ABC Melbourne), Christian O’Connell (Gold 104.3) and Jase & PJ (KIIS) are all grouped closely from 4th to 7th.

SYDNEY
Nova96.9 is #1 with an audience of 1,043,000, up by 57,000 on survey 7, followed by KIIS 1065 who also improved by 22,000 to 925,000.
smoothfm is 3rd, followed by WSFM and then 2DAY, with 2GB #8, behind ABC Sydney and triplej.

In Breakfast Kyle & Jackie O (KIIS) are clearly #1 overall, followed by Fitzy & Wippa (Nova96.9) who have made solid gains, Jonesy & Amanda (WSFM) and then Alan Jones just in front of Bogart Torelli & Glenn Daniel (smoothfm).

BRISBANE
In Brisbane it’s Nova106.9 (576,000), Hit 105 (502,000), 97.3FM (499,000) and then Triple M.

Nova’s breakfast with Ash, Kip, Luttsy & Susie is the clear leader, followed by Stav, Abby & Matt (Hit 105), Bianca, Terry & Bob (97.3fm) and Marto Robin & the Moonman (Triple M).

ADELAIDE

Adelaide’s Mix102.3 (324,000) and Nova91.9(322,000) are in a tight race at the top, followed by Hit 107(235,000), Triple M(194,000) and Cruise(179,000).

Lewis & Lowe (Nova) are just in front of Jodie & Soda (Mix) for breakfast with the big improvers, Bec & Cosi (HIT) closing in.

They are followed by Ali Clarke (ABC Adelaide) and Roo & Ditts (Triple M) in front of David Penberthy & Will Goodings (FIVEaa).

PERTH
Despite shedding some audience, Nova93.7 (588,000) is still on top in Perth, with MIX94.5 (546,000) moving into to 2nd place, followed by HIT 92.9 (531,000). triplej (328,000) and 96FM (313,000) round out the top five.

Nathan, Nat and Shaun (Nova) lead the pack at breakfast with Clairsy, Matt & Kimba (Mix) and Heidi, Xavier & Ryan (Hit) trailing with 6PR and ABC Perth a long way back, both behind triplej and 96FM.
