George Ezra is up to number 1 – Aircheck Survey

In the latest National Radio Airplay Chart from Aircheck, Birds of Tokyo have moved to No.21 with ‘Unbreakable’, their first release since 2016. NewFM Newcastle began spinning the track last week, while Hit 106.9 Newcastle accounted for 26 plays, more than any other station.

Dean Lewis’ reign came to an end this week with George Ezra’s ‘Shotgun’ and Calvin Harris and Sam Smith’s ‘Promises’ moving into the top two spots. triple J and Fresh Adelaide both began playing remixes of ‘Promises’ while the Hit Network upped spins by 10%, or 27 spins.

Aussie Morgan Evans moved inside the Top 10 to No.7 with ‘Day Drunk’, up 88 spins. KIIS1065 and BayFM Geelong added the track to rotation last week, with the latter adding 26 spins to the total.

Dynoro & Gigi D’Agostino refreshed Axwell’s ‘In My Mind’ gaining 15 places, while Rita Ora’s ‘Let You Love Me’ rose seven places to No.27. Zedd remixed Shawn Mendes’ ‘Lost In Japan’, up a massive 188 spins on last week.
