Hawkesbury Radio continues it’s 20 years of live sport broadcasting celebrations by calling the Wallabies vs Scotland test match at Allianz Stadium on Saturday.
This follows Hawkesbury Radio’s coverage of the World Rugby Sydney 7’s, Western Sydney Wanderers A-League and Asian Champions League, Shute Shield and NSW Super Premiership broadcasts this year alone.
The commentary team will be led by freelance sports commentator Julian Daw (Crocmedia, Triple M, K-Rock) and includes Nicholas Kutnjak (Sky Sports Radio), former USA international Tom Coolican, Robbie Feldmann (Fox Sports) and Justin Pineda.
Hawkesbury Radio Sport’s EP and Procurement Manager Julian Daw said “This year we have proven ourselves that we can produce and deliver the highest quality sports broadcasting on a shoestring budget, for us to have the honour to call a Wallabies test match is an unbelievable honour and one we are most excited about”
Hawkesbury Radio’s broadcast of the test will kick start the sports department’s big second half to the year which will include the Shute Shield finals and Grand Final, the NSW Super Premiership finals series, the NSW Premier League Grand Final and the AFL Sydney Grand Final.
The call will be available on 89.9FM in Sydney this Saturday from 2pm AEST.
