Heart 107.3 FM’s Great Debate promised to be a heated debate and current Tasmanian Premier Lara Giddings and Opposition Leader Will Hodgman delivered. The debate, a heated 30 minutes of discussion allowed both parties to share their views and thoughts on their plans and on each other’s promises.

Heart 107.3’s Great Debate was the final say prior to the Tasmanian Election. Online and on the air, this debate was spread across the state via The Mercury websites and on big screens in Hobart’s Salamanca Square whilst being streamed to see anywhere in the country on the Heat 107.3 website.

Heart breakfast hosts Kim and Dave chaired the debate with some pointed questioning and comment from Mercury Political Editor Matt Smith. Reactions over the debate and who ‘won’ have been mixed.
