K rock’s Stampsy is so overjoyed for her co-host Jamie’s impending fatherhood, she wanted to throw he and his partner Chanelle the baby-shower ever.

They shared a special morning with Departure Lounge listeners, invited guests and a VIP panel of experts, with a delicious morning tea and baby shower games.

Above all, this was for a for a good cause. All the gifts from the listeners for Jamie’s baby shower were donated to Geelong Mums.

Geelong Mums aims to share the joy of motherhood and save the earth’s precious resources by joining with support agencies throughout the Geelong region to meet the material needs of families with young children. They recycle equipment such as cots, prams, car seats as well as clothes and other essentials. Geelong Mums is a volunteer led organisation which collects donations then works in partnership with local social service agencies and maternal health nurses from across Geelong who request items for local families in need. 

All those who attended heard from Epworth Maternity, Fashion Stylist and mother of two Renee Enright and Creator of @KidsFashionBlogger and mum of two Sandi Zaljevic, and were treated to a gorgeous cake from Two Birds Cake Designs.

The ‘icing on the cake’ was Jamie’s personalised Dad to Be sash.
