In a bid to secure an interview with Barnaby Joyce following the Minister’s paid Channel 7 appearance, Hit105.5 presenters A.B. & Ben offered up some station promotional merchandise to sweeten the deal.
The duo rang Joyce’s office and proposed five Coffs Coast bumper stickers, a ‘So Fresh’ compilation album, and strawberry-flavoured milk in exchange for an interview.
‘Channel 7 watch out. Barnaby, get your people to call our people.’
