In what was Queensland’s first Drive Through Wedding, Rowan Doherty and Emma Kidd are now husband and wife, thanks to HIT105.

 
The couple made history when HIT105’s Stav, Abby & Matt married them at Zambrero Heathwood, literally in the drive through.
 
Matt took their order, Abby, who is a marriage celebrant, officially married them at window 1 and Stav then presented them with their meal at window 2.
 
They then had their first dance in the drive-through to Ed Sheeran’s Perfect, while customers were halted for the special moment.
 
The long-term couple from Laidley were due to get married later this year but had to change plans because of Coronavirus restrictions.
