Luke Hodge will join SEN

AFL champion Luke Hodge joins SEN today making a weekly appearance on Gerard Whateley’s show, as well as joining Crunch Time on Saturdays from 4th July.

The four-time Hawthorn premiership player and two-time Norm Smith Medallist said he was excited to make his radio gig debut, “When I was living in Melbourne I would always turn to SEN for my footy updates and have remained an avid listener since moving to Queensland.”

“Since retiring I’ve wanted to stay connected to footy and develop my skills in the media. I’ve long
admired Gerard – he really knows his stuff so I look forward to learning a lot from him.”

Hodge will join other regular guests on Whateley including Patrick Dangerfield, Malcolm Blight, Robert Craddock and Kane Cornes who does the Monday Means Test.

“The magnificent career of Luke Hodge was marked by a rare football intellect, an IQ for the game and how it was to be played, unrivalled on the playing field. Every Tuesday we’ll have the chance to tap into Luke’s knowledge and experience to make sense of a season without precedent,” Whateley said.
