The secret to a successful breakfast show is to connect with your on air partner as well as your audience, and make compelling content, according to Fifi Box.

She should know.  Her Fox FM breakfast show is the “most successful FM breakfast show in Australia.”

Talking to SCA’s Craig Bruce in the regular SCA Insights series, which is usually released before each ratings day, Fifi Box said:

“What a treat to work with Dave Thornton, he is so funny… This is an exciting time to be in radio. Through [social media] I’m able to connect with the audience immediately and intimately.”

She describes social media connections with the audience as being like a family.
