Mark Geyer treks 155km to raise money for charity

Triple M Grill Team co-host Mark Geyer is walking 155km, from Bathurst to Blaxland to raise money for The Great Walk Foundation.

While on his walk, former 2GB presenter Jason Morrison is filling in as part of the Triple M breakfast team, with live crosses being made to Geyer to track his progress and give him words of encouragement.

He said, “Since my retirement from 1st grade Rugby League in 2000, my life has taken me to many and varied different places.”

“It is not until you help those that need help the most that you realise just how much a difference you can make to these people’s lives. The Great Walk Foundation is going to be not only a personal achievement, but an emotional 155km trek that will push both body and mind. But at the end of the day, to know that the lives of so many will be changed forever because of this walk is very pleasing to say the least.”
