Micky Dolenz from The Monkees joins the smoothfm all-star weekend line up

Hey hey, it’s Micky Dolenz from The Monkees.

Dolenz will join the star studded weekend line-up on smoothfm from Sunday.

Micky Dolenz said: “I’m flattered and honoured that I was asked to join the ranks of some really incredibly talented people doing the music specials on smoothfm”

Since forming back in the 60’s The Monkees have released countless international hits that have featured on the smoothfm playlist including Daydream Believer and I’m a Believer, performed over 20 live tours and have sold over 75 million albums worldwide. At their peak in 1967, the band outsold the Beatles and the Rolling Stones combined.

To coincide with the album launch, Micky Dolenz and Peter Tork are bringing The Monkees anniversary tour to Australia, playing the Palais Theatre in Melbourne and the State Theatre in Sydney in December.
