David McDonald has been appointed General Manager of ACE radio stations Gippsland’s 1242 Gippsland’s TRFM.
David McDonald’s most recent role was that of CEO of Variety the Children’s Charity in Queensland, before commencing his own business McDonald Consulting; specialising in communication and executive training.
ACE Radio CEO Mark Taylor said, “David, or D-Mac as he is known around the radio industry, is a well-respected and experienced General Manager, who loves the radio business.”
David has also served on the CRA Research Committee as well as the CRA’s ACRA Judging Panel and has chaired the QLD ACRA panel.
He commences his new role on July 1st and will replace Grant Johnstone who has taken up the new role of General Manager of ACE subsidiary ACE Digital.
