New weekend line-up on the Hit Network

From RnB Bangerz to Australia’s new God of Love, The Hit Network will deliver a new weekend line-up across the country from Friday September 9.
 
The new line-up will be headlined by, Dan & Maz, Angus O’Loughlin & Ash London, Fifi Box, Em Rusciano and Osher Günsberg and follows Southern Cross Austereo’s purchase of Authentic Entertainment Pty Ltd. 
 
Under the new ownership, SCA has taken over Authentic’s program syndication agreements for radio programs and exclusively represents Vevo in Australia.

RNB Fridays will be extended well into the evening with international hip-hop star Bow Wow hosting RnB Friday Nights from 10pm-Midnight followed by DJ Horizon, Australia’s Number 1 RnB DJ with an hour long RNB mash up.

Dan & Maz will continue to wake up Australia on the weekends across the Hit Network, and Angus & Ash will join forces for the Vevo20 Countdown on Saturday nights. They will take a look at the biggest 20 songs currently trending on Vevo and what’s coming next.

Sunday nights will provide pure entertainment gold, with  Fifi Box kicking off with an hour of BOXED IN, followed by The Em Rusciano Radio Show, and then Australia’s newest God of Love Osher Günsberg providing two hours of dedications, messages from the heart, and stories behind the songs with Osher’s Love Line.

RnB FRIDAY NIGHTS
The biggest day on Australian radio is now set to be the biggest Friday night as well! An extension of the hugely successful RnB Fridays, The Hit Network is throwing out three hours of the biggest RnB Bangerz to kick start the weekend. Hosted by international hip-hop star Bow Wow and also featuring Australia’s number 1 RnB DJ, DJ Horizon.

Dan Debuf & Maz Compton continue to wake Australia up on the weekends.

6-8pm

VEVO20 COUNTDOWN
Hosted by Angus O’Loughlin & Ash London, the VEVO20 COUNTDOWN takes a look at the biggest 20 songs trending now on VEVO and a peek at what will be trending next.

8pm-Midnight

OLD SCHOOL HOUSE PARTY
The #1 for Hits & Old School is now going completely Old School on Saturday nights! Hosted by Tim Lee, Saturday nights now means four hours of nineties and naughties that will feature the biggest dance anthems, RnB bangers and pop hits from those decades.

He’s Australia’s newest God of Love, and now The Hit Network’s own Osher Günsberg is spreading the love across Australia! Two hours of dedications, messages from the heart, and stories behind the songs.

HIT AU

Hosted by Byron Cooke, The HIT AU is The Hit Network’s home for hot Australian music – new and old school – and the go-to show for discovering upcoming Australian artists.  A different co-host will join Byron each week, giving listeners the chance to get to know Australian music personalities a little better.
