New York Festivals Radio Awards 2019 Finalists: ABC, 2ser, Nova and more

The 2019 Radio Awards Grand Jury evaluated entries submitted from 35 countries around the globe and selected 346 Finalists for the New York Festivals Radio Awards based on production values, organization, presentation of information, creativity and use of the medium.

 
“Once again, the NYF Grand Jury selected Finalists whose work embodies the full spectrum of radio content today, and as audiences’ appetites for radio and audio continue to fuel robust industry growth, the level of creativity continues to rise as well,” says VP/Executive Director of New York Festivals Radio Awards, Rose Anderson.
 
New categories including Best Audio Book – Children’s, Narrative/Documentary Podcast, and Serialized Podcast saw a robust number of entries achieve Finalist status.
 
Audio Book Finalists include an entries from Nova Entertainment for ‘Bookcase Solves The Problem’.
 
Podcast Finalists moving forward include The Age newspaper Melbourne, Australia and one of Australia’s leading Community Broadcasters, 2ser, has entries in 3 categories Health/Medical, History and Climate Change & Sustainability.
 
Breaking news, feature and investigative reports captured issues and events from around the world. Finalists include ‘The interview which uncovered an alleged torturer’ SBS.
