Nova has announced that starting this month Thursday is the official start of the weekend.

The network says it is bridging the gap between the desk and the dancefloor by bringing their weekly dance-dedicated national radio show Sessions forward from midnight Friday to 10pm each Thursday.

Managing Director at Ministry of Sound Tim McGee has told radioinfo: “We’re really excited about going to air at the new time and extending our relationship with the NOVA network. This decision reflects Nova’s ongoing commitment to bring the best & latest Australian and International
dance music to a wider audience”.

Syndicated nationally through the Nova network, Ministry of Sound delivers the latest upfront
club sounds, pre-release tracks & exclusive mixes hosted by DJ Goodwill.

Apart from interviews with internationally renowned artists there are the latest music news, gig guides, club chart and competitions.
