OURMedia 6th Annual Conference in Sydney during April

A conference being held in Sydney this year will explore community media in other parts of the world.

The international network OURMedia is holding its 6th annual conference in Sydney between April 9th-13th, bringing community media practitioners, scholars and policy makers from 35 countries together.

This year’s conference will focus on the big-picture challenges facing community and alternative media, including digital technologies and the rapid expansion of media participation within the community sector and beyond.

The University of Western Sydney is hosting the conference at the UTS Broadway Campus with support from the Faculty of Humanities, UTS and RMIT.
