Radio stars get their Halloween on

The stars of Australian radio have gotten their Halloween on with some brilliant dress ups and stunts.

While many stations debated the merits of celebrating the day in Australia, noting that it really is an Amercan tradition, others stations chose to embrace it, complete with dress ups, stunts and some incredibly disturbing makeovers.

Starting in Sydney…

Jackie from Kyle and Jackie O on KIIS FM dressed as Chopper and the girl from The Ring.

And Jackie took the time to frighten staff to within an inch of their lives…

Nova 96.9’s Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald and his kids.

Jonesy and Amanda from WS FM are a brilliant Maxwell and Morticia, with Uncle Fester.

Doesn’t Amanda make a delightful Morticia?

In Newcastle…

The KO FM breakfast team of Tanya and Steve, Producer Flack and Producer Nic also chose to dress up as The Adams Family.

On the Central Coast…

Star 104.5’s Craig and Mandy refused to have any guest on air unless they dressed up properly. Here singer Neel Kolhatkar prepared for his Halloween interview.
