The SEN XI is finalised with the addition of two all-rounders

Former sportsman turned commentator Liam Pickering and broadcaster Jack Heverin have today been named to round out the 1116 SEN XI.

Pickering played 124 games of AFL with North Melbourne and Geelong Football Club, before turning his to talent management and commentary, with regular appearances across a host of SEN shows, including Off The Bench.

Jack Heverin is now one of 1116 SEN’s most recognisable voices, covering sports such as cricket, basketball, soccer and AFL as a regular ball-by-ball commentator for Crocmedia’s AFL Nation coverage.

Heverin also hosts The Sporting Capital nightly, and alongside Gerard Whateley, he led SEN’s broadcast of the Australian Cricket team’s tour of South Africa in March this year.

SEN Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager, Sam Bingley, says “With the assembly of ex-players, led by Fleming, Katich, Harris and Bollinger, joined by three of the best all-round sports broadcasters in Whateley, Hudson and Heverin, the excitement we feel about the 1116 SEN coverage is extremely high,”
