Nominations for the SCMA X Awards are now open and close on 1^st February.

The 2019 X Awards entries are open to member stations and non-member stations with the payment of a $75-00 membership fee or at no charge for non-member stations intending to attend the National Regional Rural and Sub Metro Broadcasters Conference that will be held on Friday 15^th to Sunday 17^th March.
 
The conference will bring together broadcasters and industry representatives, featuring a number of speakers including radioinfo’s Steve Ahern.
 
The 2019 X Award categories will be as follows:
•           Best in-house production of a sponsorship Announcement
•           Best in-house production of a sweeper or station ID
•           Best in-house production of a CSA
•           Best in-house production of a show promotion
•           Best Outside Broadcast of Community involvement or special event
•           Best Interview
•           Best locally produced Program (Music)
•           Best locally produced Program (Non-Music)
•           Best Locally Produced News or information program
•           Most downloaded PDS Program
 
The 2019 X Awards will be presented at the 2019 National Regional, Rural & Sub Metro Broadcasters Conference Dinner.
