What would Hobart taste like if it was a sausage?

It all started with 107.3 Hobart’s Triple M Brett “Marls” Marley cooking a thin beef snag on the George Foreman grill for morning tea in the staff kitchen.

It sparked an idea by the Dave Noonan Show’ s Dave, who decided to set out and create Hobart’s very own Sausage.

“We’re creating Hobart’s Signature Sausage and all thanks to Bok’s Bacon, we’re taking your suggestions and together, we’ll put together a recipe that represents Hobart and everything about us.”

 

The person who has the winning flavour combo will win themselves 365 sausages and snagging rights to being the brains behind Hobart’s Sausage.
