Who’s got the numbers, city by city: Cumes Survey 1 2019

Looking at individual markets, the cumes for Survey 1 2019 have FOX FM‘s Fifi Fev & Byron (622,000) still able to claim the crown as Australia’s #1 program overall, just in front of Kyle & Jackie 0 (587,000).
 
FOX FM in Melbourne is still the country’s leading station in an individual market, with over 1.149 million listeners. Gold 104.3 added 54,000 to now have 1,039,000 in front of Nova100, KIIS 1065 and Nova 96.9, all with over 1 million listeners.

Nationally the number one DAB+ Station is Triple M Classic Rock with 238,000 listeners.

 
MELBOURNE
Melbourne’s leading station is FOX FM (1,139,000), with Gold 104.3 moving into #2 with 1,039,000, then Nova 100 (1,029,000) and smoothfm (996,000) with 3AW back in 6th(647,000).
 
Fifi Fev & Byron (FOX FM) still head the breakfast audience numbers, followed by Chrissy, Sam & Browny (Nova) who move into second spot, and then Ross Stevenson & John Burns(3AW).

SYDNEY
KIIS 1065 is #1 with 1,014,000 listeners overtaking Nova96.9 with an audience of 1,000,000 and smoothfm 95.3 is now just behind in 3rd (986,000), followed by 2DAY and WSFM, with 2GB #8, behind ABC Sydney and triplej.

At 866,000 listeners, 2DAY has its biggest audience since Survey 8, 2013.

In Breakfast Kyle & Jackie O (KIIS) are clearly #1 overall, followed by Fitzy & Wippa (Nova96.9), Bogart Torelli & Glenn Daniel (smoothfm) who have made solid gains, Jonesy & Amanda (WSFM) and then Alan Jones (2GB) just behind ABC Sydney.

Triple M’s Moonman in the Morning has a lot of ground to gain with just 240,000 listeners, but the station was in a similar spot this time last year with 249,000 listeners.

 

BRISBANE
In Brisbane it’s Nova106.9 (609,00), Hit 105 (508,000), 97.3FM (503,000) and then Triple M.
 
Nova’s breakfast with Ash, Kip, Luttsy & Susie is the clear leader, followed by Stav, Abby & Matt (Hit 105), Marto Robyn & Nick Cody (Triple M) then Bianca Terry & Bob (97.3fm).

 
ADELAIDE
 
Adelaide’s Mix102.3 (3339,000) and Nova91.9(335,000) are still in a tight race at the top, followed by Hit 107(250,000), Triple M(202,000) and Cruise(168,000).
 
Lewis & Lowe
 (Nova) are still in front of Jodie & Soda (Mix) for breakfast with Bec & Cosi (HIT) closing in.
 
PERTH
Despite shedding some audience, Nova93.7 (561,000) is still on top in Perth, with MIX94.5 (509,000) losing audience numbers but still in 2nd place, followed by HIT 92.9 (471,000)
 
Nathan, Nat and Shaun (Nova) lead the pack at breakfast with Clairsy, Matt & Kimba (Mix) and Heidi, Xavier & Ryan (Hit).
