Ben Latimer has been appointed PD of 5DN Adelaide and takes over from David Allan. David rejoins the family in NZ where he will take up the role of Executive Producer with National Radio.

C91.3 has become a haven for Graduates from Charles Sturt University, with Shannon Most joining Brihony Speed and Sarah Vickery in the newsroom.

Shannon was formerly with KOFM and NXFM, and Prime Television Newcastle.

He'll be reading morning's in Stuart Cranny's program with Brihony moving to

Fiona Young, one of the original staffers, leaves the station but will be retained on a casual basis.

News Director Greg Henricks said "FEE has given our fledging station great service since we opened for business two year's ago, and I can't let her go completely !!

If CSU wants to organise a reunion they might as well hold it in Campbelltown !!

Veteran broadcaster Brian Bury will retire from radio this Friday. His replacement at Brisbane's 4BC will be Ian Maurice. He's been doing nights there for several years. General Manager, David MacDonald, has yet to name a full time replacement for Ian's vacated spot.

Phil Lentz fulfilled his short term contract; his replacement is Mat Cummins from the Ace Radio Network's Mixx FM in Victoria

Carly Jabs has also accepted the role of Network Publicity and promotions Manager of dmg Regional Radio WA, Carly has previously been in promotions with River 949 in Queensland and more recently been events and promotions Manager of the Hilton in Brisbane

Anthony Clark, formerly 2UE’s police and crime reporter, joins the Macquarie Radio Network as an all-rounder. Anthony will be used as a reader, writer and on the road reporter by 2GB, and joins the team at Pyrmont next month.

After 6 months, as Assistant News Producer, Steve Cook has been appointed
Weather Presenter for Imparja Television's new regional weather updates set
to begin in October. Steve will commence after completing work experience
at Ten News in his hometown, Melbourne. Steve will still continue his
producing duties while presenting.

After a year working for Seven News as police reporter Clinton Maynard has returned to 2UE.

Clinton will present sports news on weekends and work as a news reporter on week days.

Clinton began his career at 2UE in 1997 and left as police reporter to work for Seven last year.

Magic 105.9 is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris “Nugget” Neave as Program Director of the station. Nugget is also one half of the Breakfast Show on Magic 105.9.

Gil Taylor has accepted the
role of News Director for the Sydney Austereo Partnership. Matt McDonald has taken on Triple M Breakfast news reader (Sydney), on a full time basis. Matt has been filling in since Laura Tchilinguirian left. Matt was previously 2Day Traffic reporter for some time, as well as doing weekend news shifts.

Brett de Hoedt is back behind the microphone on Talk 1116 3AK 9pm til midnight weeknights. The show will be a talk based show focusing on everything that's happening in Melbourne.

Natasha Trotter will head to Melbourne to join the Austereo National Promotions Team as Project Manager. Natasha will be leaving 2DAYFM Promotions where she was responsible for the Hot 30 Countdown promotional aspects amongst many other things.
