From January Nova 100's Night show in Melbourne will be hosted by Michelle Anderson , a Melbourne standup comedian, and Mark Arnold , who was the host of the Hot 30 on FM104.7 in Canberra. Corey Layton will move to Late Nights.

Triple M in Adelaide have confirmed the speculation that James Brayshaw and The Cage will be the station’s Breakfast show in 2004.

David Rymer has been appointed as the new Program Director of 2Day, replacing Rob Logan. David has been programming for Austereo in other markets.

Rob Gamble has announced the Senior appointments for DMG's soon to be launched station – 104.5 on the Central Coast of NSW.

The General Manager is Tony Nielsen. Tony’s move to the Central Coast is an internal promotion within DMG, moving down the coast from Coffs Harbour.

The Program Director is Alex Dean. Alex joined DMG from Austereo earlier in the year.

The Promotions Manager is Nicky Ford who comes from the ARN/Austereo stations in Canberra and has jumped at the opportunity to move back to her home town of Gosford.

The General Sales Manager is Charmaine Smith who comes from the RG Capital stations on the Central Coast.

Matt O'Reilly is leaving the position of copywriter/announcer at 4LG and West FM in Longreach to take up a similar position at The Heat FM in Noosa.

Sea FM Cairns breakfast host Todd Widdicombe has been recruited by rival DMG network to work 'in an undisclosed Southern Market.'

Triple M has axed Phil O'Neill's late night talk show. Ugly Phil will be heard on relief shifts over the holiday period but his plans are unknown after that.

NX FM's Music Director and Afternoon host Elissa Macneall is off to 92.9 Perth to be Assistant Music Director and Morning Host.

Elissa's partner, NX FM's "Crew Danger Boy" Billy is also making the move west but not for another few weeks.

Joel Smith has been appointed NX FM's late night host and joins from Power FM Ballarat on December 18th.

After responding to an ad on the radioinfo site the new NX FM afternoon announcer is Chris Page from 91.9 Sea FM Sunshine Coast. Chris's first day will be Monday 8th December.

With Elissa Macneall moving on, Daniel Cassin "Danno" will step into her shoes as NX FM's Music Director.

6MM/Coast Rock Creative Writer Tommy James will be leaving the station on December 12 to head "down the road" to take up a position with Mandurah Retravision.

Kyle Sandilands and Jacki O are now beginning their Hot 30 Countdown show an hour earlier and are being considered for the roles of potential hosts of 2 Day FM's Drive show next year if the earlier timeslot is suitable.

Adidas International in January.

Breakfast Announcer Barry Harris has left The New 1044 5CS to move to Murray Bridge.

His replacement is Matt Ford from Adelaide. Matt previously worked at 5CS over ten years ago.

Replacing SEA-FM Mackay breakfast team ofAshleigh Mac (moving to Brisbane) and Krista Brindle (now at River 949 Ipswich) is Jo Donohue who is being transferred from Drive at SUN-FM Shepparton and Wes Heather who was previously the street kid with Austereo's HOT 30 and SEA-FM Central Coast.

New Co host for Jonelle McKenzie (Nellie) at SEA-FM Rockhampton is Paul Blunt - previously from NOW-FM Moree breakfast.

3SR's Breakfast host Eddie Briffa will be taking on afternoon/ drive at the station.

In Tasmania at SEA-FM Devenport the new breakfast team to launch 2004 is a couple of young up and coming stars with The RG Capital Group who started out as work experience trainees and have moved through the ranks, previous 7LA drive announcer Lee Dixon and from SEA-FM Sunshine Coast the "Rock and Roll Chicken" Kelli Smith.

Replacing 7LA's Lee Dixon as Drive and Music Director of the Northern Tasmanian hub station is Kristie Sommers from FM 100.3 Armidale.

Melanie Lindquist is leaving her position as Promotions & Marketing Director with NXFM & KOFM Newcastle on 12 December. She is moving to Brisbane to take up the position of Promotions & Marketing Director for Triple M.

Paul Bartlett will take on the additional role of General Manager for the new Nova station which will be launched in Adelaide next year. Paul Bartlett is currently the General Manager of DMG's successful Adelaide talk station FIVEaa.

Simon Dix is the new breakfast announcer at 3CS Colac. He was previously at 4HI Emerald.

K-Rock Journo Peta Leslie is moving into the breaky co-host position with Pat Panetta as of December 1. She takes over from Sam Armstrong who has taken up a breaky gig in Townsville.

MAX FM's breakfast host, Chris Phillips, has moved to NEW FM in Newcastle. Chris North has taken over the breakfast role and a new drive host will be unveiled very soon.

Former ABC Managing Director Brian Johns has been appointed Chairman of the Copyright Agency Limited.

Life FM Gold Coast drive announcer Ashley Palmero has taken an on-air and promotions role with Queensland's RebelFM network.

Life FM night announcer Chris "The Grayman" Gray has departed to pursue commercial opportunities, while Brekky Host and Program Director Troy Lampier is heading north to Darwin to be the new on-air floater and creative writer for the Hot100/Mix1049 hub.

Don Lawson, Life FM’s morning host, is leaving to pursue other interests at the end of 2003 after 8 years in the 9-12 slot. Replacements have not yet been announced.
