ACMA is very good at keeping the small players in line with the regulations. If, however, the Broadcasting Act and the Codes of Practice are to mean ANYTHING they need to take Alan Jones and 2GB head on and impose a "fair dinkum" penalty. Otherwise we may as well throw the Act and Codes out the window, and simply ignore the next ACMA letter we, as Broadcasters receive.

"his much loved daily video editorial" Alan Jines has some serious tickets on himself! I don't know of one person who has mourned the passing of his so-called editorial. Get over yourself, Alan!
