The ABC has released a statement following revelations that one of its websites was hacked by an activist opposing right-wing Dutch politician Geert Wilders. A Twitter user going by the name Phr0zenMyst said the attack was in response to the ABC’s decision to "[give] a platform for Geert Wilders to spread hatred." Mr Wilders recently visited Australia and was interviewed by Lateline. The TV website was hacked and personal data was stolen.
