For 20 years MEAA has examined, catalogued, reported and responded to the attacks on press freedom in Australia.
Sadly, over those two decades the freedom of journalists to report matters of legitimate public interest have diminished.
And if anything, the press freedom climate has worsened — to Australia’s great shame.
