As a Senior Producer you will play a key role in delivering compelling content for The Christian O’Connell Show. You will work closely with the Executive Producer and talent to plan, create and execute engaging content that connects with our audience every day. You’ll also need to be nimble and not afraid to run with a brilliant idea on the fly. This is a chance to work alongside a team of passionate, creative radio fans who genuinely love what they do.
About the role:
- Own and deliver compelling show content from idea to execution that engages audiences and drives ratings
- Lead the planning, mapping, and execution of show content
- Able to make fast, confident editorial decisions in a live radio environment
- Develop engaging on-air and digital moments that surprise
- Collaborate with Promotions, Integration, PR and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all content complies with regulatory requirements
- Support and mentor team members
About you:
- Minimum 5+ years in a fast-paced radio or content environment
- You take initiative and own outcomes, not just tasks
- You thrive under pressure and love live radio
- Confident working directly with talent
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts
- A natural leader who can step up and take charge when required
