APN ditches results presentation

After the turmoil of the last week, APN has cancelled its scheduled results presentation today.

The company’s chief financial officer will instead offer individual briefings to major investors and a paper release will be issued to the stock exchange.

cosgrove1_88APN’s former chairman, CEO and three independent board members resigned this week after pressure from major investor INM. Peter M. Cosgrove (left) is now the new chairman, but the company does not yet have a new chief ececutive.

With the disruptions continuing at the ARN parent company, the share price continues to drop.
