Certificate IV in Broadcasting

The Community Broadcasting Association has announced training courses, as part of its commitment to developing and delivering highest standards of training and assessment in the sector.

It wants all CBAA trainers and coaches to complete the Certificate IV in Broadcasting (Radio).

The CBAA’s Training Services is offering a special concession price to enrol in Certificate IV for all trainers and coaches in the community radio sector.

To qualify, participants need to already hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and be registered with the CBAA as a trainer or coach. The CBAA will consider people who intend to enrol in both Certificate IV courses to be come trainers at stations.

The course involves attending once a month, as well as completing self paced learning materials.

The latest courses cost $220 and will be held from Saturday 17 July at Alexandria in Sydney.
