Fundraising efforts saves SYN

The six week fundraising effort to ‘Keep SYN Alive’ has raised more than $60,000 and allowed the station to plan for 2024.

SYN General Manager Ruby Smith said:

“Thanks to your support, SYN will be able to continue providing a platform for young people across Melbourne, uplifting their voices and creating spaces where they are celebrated for being themselves.”

Volunteers ran a ‘Save SYN’ mini festival last Sunday November 19 with seven artists and four DJs playing in support of the station’s fundraising efforts.

SYN thanked artists, venue operators, volunteers and industry professionals who supported them throughout the campaign.
